VH Employment Agency (VHEA) Has Been Delisted
Dear VHEA Shareholders:
I finally heard back from Virtual Horizons Employment Agency (VHEA) CEO Mystic Handrick, and unfortunately it wasn't the reply I was looking for. Basically Mystic Handrick asked if anyone wanted to take over his game company. Since it appears the game company hasn't been active in over 2 years and has no working website, I'm not exactly sure what game company someone would buy. So I don't see that as a real option.
He then said the other option was to liquidate what assets he personally had left at the exchange, which were hardly anything at all, and pay the proceeds to VHEA shareholders after deleting all his personal VHEA shares (311,552). That amount to pay as a final dividend comes to CD$40,138.34. He specifically stated he is not adding any additional funds to this final payment. I'm disappointed that Mystic Handrick didn't do the right thing and give a more fair final dividend/share buyback to his shareholders, and surprised at his actions. However, he hasn't been regularly active within Second Life for many years now, and I think he's simply become disinterested in it all.
So with that being said, I am delisting VH Employment Agency (VHEA) from Capital Exchange, and paying a final game dividend of CD$40,138.34 across the remaining 188,448 shares which is .2130 cents (CD$) per share. You will see a post regarding this payment just before this post, and the dividend payment in your Transaction History.
It should be noted that VH Employment Agency (VHEA) and its shareholder liability technically still exists with Mystic Handrick, however the game company is no longer listed at Capital Exchange. All future questions regarding VHEA should be directed at Mystic Handrick and his e-mail of mystichandrick@comcast.net. Thank you.
