Funds raised from shareholders on Capital Exchange - slcapex (now onlinecapex) from IPO and SPO - aprox 22206 USD

GVConsulting (GVC) Has Been Delisted From CapEx
Dear GVC Shareholders:
I regret to inform you that effective immediately, GVConsulting (GVC) has been delisted from Capital Exchange. The GVC CEO, Kafka Frugel, has refused to post 2014 Quarterly Financial Statements for Q3 and Q4 with no explanation, after repeatedly promising to do so. I have repeatedly contacted the GVC CEO in 2015, and practically begged for him to post financials - with no action to date. So with no News Story update in 14+ months, as per my previous post on this topic, it's time to delist GVC unfortunately.
It should be noted that GVC had a large loan with Capital Exchange that to date remains unpaid. Assets within the game held by Kafka Frugel will be sold to recoup this debt. Any balance that is left over, if any, I will pay as a dividend to GVC shareholders (this will be done by relisting the company for a minute to pay the dividend to you, and then remove the company again from the Trading Page). Kafka Frugel listed almost L$20,000,000 in cash assets in his last 2014 financial statement, so he in theory should have plenty to pay back shareholders with. This large L$ amount was never held within our CapEx ATM system.
All shareholder liability remains with Kafka Frugel even though GVC is delisted, so GVC shareholders should e-mail him at indiahaus@gmail.com to find out how to get refunds/stock buybacks. You can also try to IM him within Second Life, although he has not responded to me within SL in quite some time. Below is the last shareholders list for GVC. Thank you.
