slcapex came back after having trading disabled for nearly a year. It continues to operate under the new domain onlinecapex.com. Forums are disabled and active communication and sharing of information is not possible. The only way to view forum content is through an inconvenient search function with much of the content missing or not displaying under keywords searched for.
Due to liquidations of many listed trading game companies on Capital Stock Exchange Game many shareholders lost virtual assets (shares) that they have invested virtual currency linden dollars (L$) in. Due to events there is currently lack of trust in the Stock Exchange Game platform due to liquidation of many trading companies. It is really hard now when slcapex.com (now onlinecapex.com) has just made a comeback after being in legal limbo with Linden Lab for whole of 2015. Trading was disabled and many players / virtual shareholders have sold out and left the game before Linden Lab prohibited the use of their virtual currency - Linden Dollars - L$ to be used for virtual investments at Capital Stock Exchange Game (slcapex now onlinecapex). Back then it has become known that Linden Lab is changing Terms of Service and that then slcapex.com (now onlinecapex.com) might not be allowed to register as game of skill within Second Life to be able to continue using Linden Dollars - L$ for virtual stock investments in virtual stock exchange game.
It has become obvious now that few individuals are going to try to re-create history by posting false information and data on online forums. That is why a new independent forum for Capital Stock Exchange was created for slcapex.com shareholders to find factual information and to have ability to discuss. This forum is a venue that enables full transparency and historical overview of the events with Capital Stock Exchange Game.
Forum is being populated with facts scraped from slcapex.com website history from archives ( web.archive.org/web/20131113012745/http://slcapex.com/trades ). We believe that it is in everyone's best interest to provide full transparency and keep all the events archived.
This is a list of just few out of the many trading companies that got Liquidated by Skip Oceanlane:
Several companies delisted by onlinecapex.com (BOOT, FUN...) - onlinecapex.boards.net/thread/20/companies-delisted-onlinecapex-com-boot
Marix Group Liquidation - MRG Posts Final Dividends - onlinecapex.boards.net/thread/10/marix-group-liquidation-posts-dividends
BOTS & EARN in liquidation process? - onlinecapex.boards.net/thread/31/bots-earn-liquidation-process
GVConsulting (GVC) Has Been Delisted From CapEx - onlinecapex.boards.net/thread/30/gvconsulting-gvc-delisted-capex
VH Employment Agency (VHEA) Has Been Delisted - onlinecapex.boards.net/thread/22/vh-employment-agency-vhea-delisted
If this game is to survive then such bad actors who simply disappear and create loss in virtual assets for many players/shareholders should not be allowed to fund raise with IPO. But what happens many times is that information gets suppressed and after some time same people under different nicknames repeat the cycle.
